The villa is located in a quiet location in the village of the Aljmaš Mountains, near the Danube river, only 2 kilometers from the famous shrine of Our Lady of Sanctuary and 25 kilometers from the city of Osijek.

The outdoor portion is under video surveillance, plus parking is provided with one covered and several uncovered spots. At arrival, you have a chance to self-check-in.
